Brand new dress, never removed from garment bag, or tried on. I am 150 lbs, and wear a size 8 pants (US). The size 10 pippin fit me perfectly except for the bust, so I had to go up a size with intentions to alter. Wedding plans changed to beach venue so I chose a different dress.
