I bought this belt brand new from BHLDN last year, but I didn't end up wearing it at all. When I returned to the US from my destination wedding, the return date had expired :( Thinking I could find another fun use for the belt, it has sat in my closet brand new and unused for the past year. I'd rather see someone else use it for their wedding day!
It is a size small, unaltered, and in absoutely pristine condition. It fastens with 2 eyehooks (pictured). This belt is still for sale at BHLDN, so I posted the link below if you want to look.
